Clients are responsible for: providing timely access to website credentials and analytics platforms, approving content and deliverables within agreed timeframes, ensuring website content is accurate and legally compliant, and informing us of any significant business or website changes that may affect SEO strategy.
6. Intellectual Property
Content, strategies, and reports we create for clients become the client's property upon full payment. Our proprietary methodologies, templates, and internal processes remain our intellectual property.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
